Do I need a permit to extend my home?

If your home extension falls under an exempt development requirement, you will not be required to get a permit. If your extension falls under ‘comply and develop’, you will require a CDC. If your extension doesn’t fall under CDC requirements, you will then require a DA.

How much does a home extension cost?

The cost of a home extension is influenced by various factors, such as your budget, vision, design, and more. At Rose Building, we prioritise quality, and that’s why we advise against pursuing an extension unless you have a well-allocated budget.
